Thinking of buying a home ......what comes first getting a loan, finding a home?
Are you looking for your first home, moving up or downsizing?
Are you focussing on luxury homes, homes on the golf course or waterfront property?
Is the school district important or do you want a shop?
You need to know the CURRENT market conditions.
1st step is to talk to a broker, find one with experience and who is knowledgeable, someone you can trust. What is their availability? How much real estate did they sell last year.
Are they up to speed on the new WA Real Estate Agency Law changes 1/1/24. Did you know you now have to sign a brokerage services agreement before any broker can provide
brokerage services? Has that been fully explained to you? Happy to answer your Q's.
How do you prefer to communicate? Talk about loans and then talk to a lender.
We have increasing inventory in our market in many areas and price ranges. You need a broker who has time to show in person and or by video.
You can search by address, MLS #, area, map it's so easy. There are links to school and neighborhood info.

Consider me your real estate resource.
Know that when you ask a quesion on any internet real estate website you will be contacted by several brokers, most likely none will be the list broker - you can text me any addresses that you have questions about to prevent that.
I can screen out any property that has an accepted offer and your loan type unlike most other searches you can set up yourself.
As your buyer broker I can show and sell you any home listed with any real estate company or even a For Sale By Owner (FSBO). You can email the type of home you are looking for and I can send you all the homes currently for sale that match your criteria and keep you updated with new ones the first day they hit the market. Or give you access to your own search website. To sign up for email notification of new listings as they come on the market email Jeannette Karis
Why can't buyers search all the MLS listings on all websites? - not all firms, listing brokers or sellers give permission for their listings to be dispersed to every website. If you request email notifications, these come directly off the MLS and this is the only way to get accurate status information on all the listings of the Spokane Realtors in real time.
See the Spokane grid map used by Realtors® in the Spokane area and find out where the homes are, you can zoom in to street level.
